Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to See Guru Ltd., operating the platform at see.guru.

"Affiliate" refers to any individual or entity accepted into the See Guru Affiliate Program.

"Referral" refers to a new customer who registers on see.guru through the Affiliate's unique referral link.

"Commission" refers to the percentage of revenue earned by the Affiliate for qualified Referrals.

2. Program Enrollment

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration form and be approved by the Company. The Company reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions based on their tier level:

• Standard (0-9 conversions): 15% of the referred customer's first purchase
• Silver (10-49 conversions): 20% of the referred customer's first purchase
• Gold (50+ conversions): 25% of the referred customer's first purchase

Tier upgrades are applied automatically based on the total number of confirmed conversions. Commission rates apply to the net purchase amount (excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks).

4. Referral Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked via a unique affiliate link containing your referral code (e.g., see.guru/?aff=YOUR_CODE). A cookie with a 90-day attribution window is placed on the visitor's browser.

The Affiliate receives credit only for Referrals that: (a) click the affiliate link, (b) register a new account on see.guru, and (c) complete a qualifying purchase within the cookie attribution period.

Self-referrals (referring yourself or your own accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in commission reversal and possible account termination.

5. Payment Terms

Commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period from the date of the qualifying purchase to account for refunds and chargebacks.

The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Payouts are processed within 15 business days after a payout request is submitted and approved.

Available payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, and other methods as offered by the Company. The Affiliate is responsible for any applicable taxes on commission income.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

• Use paid search ads that bid on "See Guru" or similar branded terms
• Create websites or social media profiles that impersonate See Guru
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) containing affiliate links
• Use cookie stuffing, ad injection, or any other fraudulent tracking methods
• Make false or misleading claims about See Guru's services or pricing
• Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives not provided by the Company
• Generate artificial traffic or clicks through bots, scripts, or click farms

7. Intellectual Property

The Company grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials provided in the Affiliate Dashboard. Affiliates may not modify the See Guru logo, trademarks, or brand assets without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• Pending commissions that have passed the hold period will be paid out
• Unpaid commissions below the minimum threshold will be forfeited
• The Affiliate must immediately cease using all See Guru marketing materials and trademarks

The Company may terminate an Affiliate's account immediately and without notice for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that damages the Company's reputation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability to any Affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
