Account Information: When you register as an Affiliate, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and website URL (optional).

Payment Information: To process commission payouts, we collect your PayPal email, bank account details, or other payment method information as provided by you.

Tracking Data: We collect data related to referral clicks, including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referrer URLs, and landing page URLs. This data is used solely for attribution and fraud prevention.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Affiliate Dashboard, including login times, pages viewed, and actions taken.

• To manage your Affiliate account and verify your identity
• To track referrals, calculate commissions, and process payouts

4. Cookies & Tracking

When a visitor clicks your affiliate link, we place a cookie (sg_aff) on their browser with a 90-day expiration. This cookie contains only your referral code and is used exclusively for referral attribution. No personal data of the visitor is stored in the cookie.

The cookie is set on the .see.guru domain and is accessible across all See Guru subdomains.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Payment processors (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer services) to process your commission payouts
• Service providers who assist us in operating the Affiliate Program (hosting, analytics, email)
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

We retain your Affiliate account data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, we retain transaction records and payout history for a minimum of 7 years for legal and tax compliance purposes. Click tracking data is anonymized after 12 months.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
